Repair Service Terms & Conditions
1 . Please Provide Original Job Sheet/ Bill while taking delivery. Delivery maybe refused if the original Job sheet/Bill are not provided.
2 . For Product under Service Warranty the original Bill must be produced at the time of handing over the product for the repair & service.
- TS Service Center can replace the defective part with an equivalent or reconditioned part
- We shall not be liable for reliability of the product if it has been attend by any other technician or party than TS Service.
- We respect individual privacy and hence do not take data backup. Data Backup should be taken by customer before deposition the product for service. We are not liable for any data loss while repairing
- Delivery should be taken within 10 days from the Date when TV gets ready, otherwise accommodation charge of Rs 50/- per day will be leveled. Subject to a maximum of 45 days after which we shall dispose-off the product to recover of such storage & repair cost.
7 . TV return in same condition may not be possible if we receive a TV for Panel or Screen repairing.
- If any customer denied repair/service after approval (TV Pickup) we are not liable to return the TV to Customer house. if customer wants he/she can take that TV from our Branch after paying the charges
- Visit Charge & Pickup Charges are one time charge for 1 TV and also non refundable
